Christmas was a success! Santa left a few crumbs, drank his milk, and the reindeer polished off the celery. Santa's elf spent 3 hours on Christmas eve assembling Kerris' play kitchen. Thayer has logged more play time with it than Kerris!

Thayer received a towel with his name on it just like Kerris did on her first Christmas.

Our tree on Christmas eve, complete with 3 Kermit the Frogs.

The four of us went out for Christmas eve dinner to the
Wentworth By The Sea. We hope we're starting a new family tradition. With about a mile or so to go we turned down the road to the hotel, and the entire street was lined with luminaries. (Growing up we spent many Christmases in Malvern, PA at my aunt's house and their development did the same. It's just so magical.) Off in the distance it appeared as though we were heading to a cruise ship (because it's on the water in New Castle), but instead the entire Wentworth had been lined in lights! It was so beautifully decorated and the kids were so well behaved.

Silly Thayer
We were so lucky our friends from California; Shane, Kelly, Shauna, Sean, and Sweet Baby James were all able to make it over to our house on the 23rd. The boys made their way to the music room in the attic and we were all able to hang. So fun.
After the gathering we jetted off to an ADULT ONLY holiday party at the Williams'. In the picture below is Sarah, Laurin, Dina and me (not sure who is peaking her head above mine). What a HOOT!!!!
