Here is the Beehive

We have had a beautiful November so far, it was in the upper 60s on Sunday and Monday and we haven't had much rain. The leaves are all but turned and have dropped. Before everyone got sick we were outside enjoying the weather.We skipped down to the Cape for the day on Saturday. Dang, not sure we'll do that again. We spent about 6+ hours in the car. But it was worth it because we were able to spend some quality time with James' grandparents Harry and Kathleen and we saw some uncles too. Thayer had a great time with his namesake, using the walker as his personal jungle gym. Harry is playing the harmonica in this photo.
When we got home on Saturday night, Ty and Anne came for a visit. Here are Kerris and Anne enjoying the leaves. Kerris has been obsessed with Corduroy's Best Halloween Ever and in the book they play in the leaves. It's like sand to her, she rolls and rolls and rolls in them. Outside last week...
We are unfortunately going to miss music class today. Kerris has been acting out this one song about bees. Every time she sings the song she goes the entire way through. This one particular time I think she was tired and she sounded like a broken record, then got distracted at the end. Too funny. It's supposed to go like this:
Here is the beehive but where are the bees?
Hidden away where nobody sees.
Watch! And you'll see them come out of the hive.
