He's still saying "ball" and has added a few hardly-distinguishable words such as dee "dog", dee dee "dinky", bee bee "bottle", ba "bath", ba "balloon". Yes, this seems like it's a stretch but he knows what he's saying and we're constantly playing charades. He's all boy; climbing EVERYTHING, throwing balls, banging drums, grring when the airplane moves, and crashing toys. He really only signs "all done" and pitches a huge fit when you give him something he doesn't want to eat. He's getting into books but doesn't pick them out yet. We're not certain if he has a favorite toy or blanket though still continues to give hugs on command and reaches for people when he's feeling comfortable. He's practically running and is falling and banging something on his body at least 10 times a day then shakes it off and continues.Here are a few pictures to recap the year.

We had an outstanding first birthday celebration on Sunday. Many family members attended and it was truly amazing to see all eyes on Thayer. He did a great job despite his sister and two older cousins all opening his presents for him!An exhausted and hair-crazed boy with his fam unit.
